Today I am feeling optimistic and ready - ACTION! Today preparing, checking, and making samosas, and going to buy fresh ingredients and vegetables ready to prep tomorrow. Chilled takeaway - so fast. I hope all my customers will see the note on my website about booking and lots will phone me tomorrow, because at the moment I don't know if anybody is coming!!
